I ordered a Pvd strap for my Gaz-14 and paid for RM Special delivery by 1pm. Days later, I had to follow up on my order and was informed that shipping takes 2-8 days from when the order is placed. It's amusing because I ordered a watch that showed up the very next day. Maybe they prioritize shipping based on the order's value. Eventually, the strap arrived, and I took it to Timpson's for fitting, but it turned out to be the wrong size—22mm instead of 23mm. They requested photos to verify what was sent and told me to return it. I was informed I'd need to cover the return postage, which they promised to reimburse. Once they received the return, they said they would send out the correct strap. They delayed sending the right one even after I provided the tracking code. If I hadn’t shopped with them before, I might have been more understanding, but I have. I’ll definitely reconsider before ordering from them again. ***The response I got was the typical Katie reply to negative reviews. They quoted their policy but completely ignored the fact that they sent me the wrong item! When mistakes happen, they should take responsibility and ensure the customer gets the correct product instead of waiting for a return they know is coming because I provided the tracking. Due to this disappointing response, I won’t be using this company again.*** I dropped my rating from 2 stars to 1 after such a weak excuse.
